Tigran Arzakantsyan was born on August 7, 1966 in Kamo (Gavar).
Mr. Arzakantsyan graduated from Kamo Veterinary College in 1984. He is a veterinarian and an honorary Doctor of International Business.
From 1984-1986 he served in the Soviet Army. From 1986-1998 he was engaged in business in the Russian. From 1998-2003 he served as director of the "Great Valley" AC Ltd.
From 2003-2007 he was a deputy in the NA (proportional system, RPA). He was a member of the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs. He was a member of the Republican Party of Armenia faction.
On May 12, 2007 he was elected to the NA from electoral district #22.
