Tigran Arzakantsyan was born on August 7, 1966 in Kamo (Gavar).
Mr. Arzakantsyan graduated from Kamo Veterinary College in 1984. He is a veterinarian and an honorary Doctor of International Business.
From 1984-1986 he served in the Soviet Army. From 1986-1998 he was engaged in business in the Russian. From 1998-2003 he served as director of the "Great Valley" AC Ltd.
On May 25, 2003 he was elected as a deputy to the NA from the proportional list of the Republican Party of Armenia and he currently sits on the NA Standing Committee on Financial-Credit, Budgetary and Economic Affairs. He is a member of the Republican Party of Armenia and has no political party affiliation.
Mr. Arzakantsyan is divorced and has three children.
